Questions & Answers
Here you will find answers to questions on different topics. If you have a question that you don't find answers to on this web site drop us an e-mail and we will respond to you. We may even post your question on this site (unless you specifically request that we don't) and of course all questions are posted anonymously.
Q) Why do Christians suffer?
Suffering came into the world through sin, "Then to Adam, He (GOD) said, "Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree about which I commanded you saying, 'You shall not eat from it'; Cursed is the ground because of you; In toil you will eat of it all the days of your life. "Both thorns and thistles it shall grow for you; and you will eat the plants of the field; By the sweat of your face you will eat bread, till you return to the ground, because from dust you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you shall return" Gen 3:17,18,19.

A) While we are in this world suffering is a part of life. JESUS said of suffering " In this world you will have tribulation (trouble, suffering, pain) but take courage I have overcome the world", John 16:33.
The Bible also speaks of the end of all suffering for the Christian, "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain".
Rev. 21:4 But it is up to each person to overcome the suffering Mark 11:23-24 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
Q) What is Grace?

A) In simplest of terms, grace is GOD giving us what we do not deserve. We deserved death and HE gave us life and unmerited favor through JESUS CHRIST. "For it is by grace you have been saved through faith and this not of yourselves, it is the (free) gift of GOD", Ephesians 2:8. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by CHRIST JESUS" Romans 3:23,24.
Grace is also a character of GOD that is to be worked into the life of the believer. "Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt so that you may know how to answer everyone" Colossians 4:5,6. "Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering GOD's grace in its various forms" 1 Peter 4:9,10. I have heard it said this way "Grace is Love that stoops". GOD has shown his great grace toward us and it is HIS desire that we pass that grace along toward those HE brings into our lives.
